24-Hour Window

  • We can respond freely within 24 hours of your last message
  • Outside this window, only approved templates can initiate contact

3. User Consent and Opt-In

Explicit Consent Required

  • You must explicitly opt-in to receive WhatsApp messages from us
  • Consent can be given through our website, app, or other approved methods
  • We maintain records of your consent for compliance purposes

Opt-Out Rights

  • You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message

Service Limitations

  • Account suspension by WhatsApp affects service delivery
  • Network issues may cause delays or failures
